Career Door Recruitment Platform is an online tool that enables career opportunities in public institutions to be transparently shared with the public and where public institutions carry out all recruitment processes from application to placement.
What are the opportunities it provides?
On the Career Gate Recruitment Platform, public institutions can open various job postings, including promotions and title changes, and procedures for personnel to be sent abroad for training, and carry out processes such as receiving applications, evaluation and placement, and candidates can follow these processes in the system.
What is its purpose?
It was developed to support transparency, equality of opportunity, merit, efficiency and effectiveness in public employment. By conducting all public recruitment processes on a single platform integrated with e-Government, it is aimed to facilitate the applications of candidates and the application control processes of institutions, to alleviate the workload of public institutions and to prevent human-caused errors.
Who Can Use It?
All ministries, presidencies, higher judicial bodies, including their affiliated/related/related organizations, and universities and municipalities that request to use the system, carry out their recruitment processes through Career Gateway. All candidates who want to apply to the recruitment announcements published by these institutions can access the platform.
